Use it for questions before buying, order issues, delivery changes, refunds — anything. We reply in the order they arrive, usually same or next business day.
Unsubscribe
If we've emailed you and you'd rather we stopped, any of these works and is honoured within 24 hours:
- Reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails.
- Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email we send.
- Email hello@ and ask.
Transactional emails about an order you placed (receipts, your actual deliverable) aren't marketing and will still reach you until that order is complete.
Privacy, briefly
We collect the minimum needed to deliver what you bought: your name, email, and the business details you send us. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list just because you asked a question. Want your details deleted? Email the address above and we'll confirm once it's done.
