How to read the delivery windows: the clock on any built-to-order offer starts when we have your business brief, not when your card is charged. Checkout captures your email only, so the first thing you get is one short question; answer it and the window opens. That is deliberate — we would rather ask than generate a placeholder deliverable and call it delivery. Stacking them is normal: the audit tells you what to fix, the Fix-It implements those fixes, the site fixes the foundation, content builds reach over time. The Fix-It attaches to an audit — we won't sell it without one, because implementing fixes you haven't measured is guesswork. All prices are straightforward list price.

No. We guarantee the deliverable: what's on the page arrives, on time, reviewed by a human. No one can honestly guarantee search or AI rankings — not us, not anyone asking for your money with that promise.
What if something arrives wrong?
Email hello@. If we delivered something that doesn't match what this site promised, you're covered by our refund policy — we'd rather fix or refund than keep unhappy money.
Who actually does the work?
